Orthodontics and Invisalign

Centercare was among the first general practices in Arizona to be certified in using the Invisalign system.  We have extensive orthodontic experience and successfully use this treatment in conjunction with a variety of others to create beautiful smiles!

Invisalign is effective and popular for adults who did not have orthodontic treatment as teenagers, or whose treatment has relapsed. The system involves wearing a series of removable, clear mouthpieces called aligners for 6 to 12 months.  

The process of designing the case and creating aligners is completely computerized and is highly accurate.  The results can be dramatic.  Aligners hold tooth bleach well and Centercare provides this for all Invisalign patients as a bonus.  For more information and an orthodontic self-evaluation you can click here.

OrthoQuick is also a good option in many cases.  This technique involves fixed braces for less than 6 months.  Some difficult tooth movements can be more predictable with fixed braces than with removable aligners.  Fees for OrthoQuick may be lower than Invisalign because there is no digital design and manufacturing expense involved.  Tooth whitening is also provided with the OrthoQuick retainers that are used following active treatment.
